Kabeção's real name is Carlos Rodriguesaka
A multi-instrument player, composer, street artist and sound therapist in Portugal, he has created his own unique music and performance method, and is recognized as the world's number one hand-disc player in the world.

He redefines the musical style of hand-disc with his unique, poetic and percussion style; by playing multiple instruments at the same time, he creates beautiful, fascinating and rhythmic music. His enthusiasm and humility make everyone feel peace and happiness.
Kabeção started learning percussion from a very young age, and gradually joined other types of instruments, from strings to woodwinds. He explored the unique characteristics and sounds of each instrument. He was self-taught and was influenced by people from all over the world, Africa, India, Brazil, Turkey, Spain, France, and Australia. He uses unique playing techniques for each instrument, including drums, darbuka, udu, tabla, djembe, frame drums, cajon, berimbau, bansuri, sansula, Tibetan bowls, gongs, didgeridoo, guitar, and Handpan.
Since 2008, he has participated in the cooperation of Tribolados (Reggae / Ska), Hikari (Drum n'Bass / Jungle / Bossa Nova), T3ka (Acoustic Trance) and other projects, and currently continues to cooperate with the other two projects Gapura (Klezmer / World Jazz) and Khayalan Trio (ethnic/contemporary/world music) cooperation
